Food Studies

Since starting at Easter I have been amazed by the talent I have seen in the young Chefs at Littlegreen. I have enjoyed working with the students to develop their skills and have great difficulty each week in awarding Chef of the Week and Dish of the Week to the students who have shown they have worked really hard to produce their best work.

We have made and enjoyed different dishes such as Stir Fry, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Pizza, Fajitas and of course Cake and Biscuits. It has been great getting to know everyone and being made to feel so welcome.

I look forward to working with the students again in September and hopefully one of your family favourite recipes will become a Littlegreen Dish of the Week.
